Abbas Hooshmand is the host and creator of Del be Del. Born in Iran and now based in San Francisco, he is endlessly curious about the stories that shape who we become, the choices that change our lives, and what remains when the titles and identities we carry fall away. Del be Del grew from his love of deep conversation and his belief that when we speak honestly, heart to heart, we understand ourselves and one another a little better.
